Our Team Training is great for all ages and ability levels, from athletes to someone who hasn’t exercises in years. Our certified fitness coach tailors instructions to your needs to ensure that you get the best workout you are capable of when you join us.
XFIT is a fun and challenging Total Body Workout. We mix in Body Weight Metabolic Resistance Training, Cardio Intervals, Core training,obstacle courses and relays to put together a complete workout. Our goal is to get people moving and build momentum so they make exercise and eating healthy a part of their lifestyle.
ALL YOU HAVE TO BRING IS YOURSELF, SOME FRIENDS AND A POSITIVE & ENERGETIC ATTITUDE..
WHAT TO BRING AND WEAR
1.) Comfortable, breathable clothing: No denim/street clothes. Also, clothes should not be too big as we need to see the form of your body.
2.) A bottle of water and wipe down towel.
3.) We do not allow food or sugary drinks in the facility. (Water Only)
FIRST CLASS TIPS
Get plenty of sleep the day / night before.
Drink plenty of fluids leading up to the class you’ll be sweaty!
Please consume something light before coming in (cup of oatmeal, banana, or greek yogurt) to alleviate being dizzy during the workout.
Eat anywhere from 1 to 3 hours before class early enough to not be hungry, late enough to where your stomach has a chance to empty.
Please advise your coach if it is your first time and if you have any limitations or joint pain. Never work through the joint pain.

We start together and finish together. Everyone and anyone can take a break at any time for any period, just challenge yourself and do your best forget the rest.
